ORGANIC GARDENS

 

On the shores of Cowley Lake, the property is set in 21 private acres of mixed woodland and garden, with mountain views all around.

In the summer months we work hard on our organic gardens. There is a large greenhouse where we grow tomatoes, squash, cucumbers, lettuce, peas, herbs and flowers for herbal teas. Outside in the raised beds and fields we grow potatoes, onions, garlic, cabbages, carrots, parsnips, kale, chard, broccolli, cauliflowers, raspberries, rhubarb and red currants.

We also have a family of bantam chickens who provide us with eggs.
