The sun is marching it's way back to the Yukon at full speed. The days are getting longer and the locals are starting to feel energised.Today I skied with some wonderful Yukon friends from Mary Lake back to Traveling Light Bed and Breakfast. The three hour cross country adventure started on the Swanston Trail at Mary Lake and wound itself through beautiful forest, past lakes and valleys and back over the old railway to Cowley Lake. The last hike up to the house was worth the sweat just to sit beside the campfire and enjoy a tea and laughter with some amazing women.
